Misselwood at Endicott Wedding, Massachusetts | Beth & Chris
Beth and Chris’s wedding took place at the historic and beautiful Misselwood at Endicott in Beverly, MA. This fall day was absolutely perfect, with partly cloudy skies and 70-degree weather. The Misselwood at Endicott is an incredible venue, overlooking the Atlantic ocean on the edge of a rocky cliff. The venue gives off an essence of a classic New England theme.
I arrived during the beginning of hair and makeup (which is my favorite time to start) to ease our way into the day. The girls had mimosas and were giggling amongst themselves (had me giggling too). Many in the party had gone to high school with each other, so it felt like a reunion in some ways! The mimosas and laughs continued for a couple of hours until it came down to the final touch, and the excitement for what was about to happen really spiked! Then the time had come for Beth and Chris’s first look on the terrace! First looks are always such an intimate and emotional moment!
Chris was positioned toward the ocean as Beth quietly snuck up behind him. When the time was right, she came up close and tapped him on the shoulder. When he turned to look at her, he burst out in tears, in awe of her beauty. They embraced for a bit and then read some very special and personal vows to each other. We then made our way to the front lawn to take some portraits! We had a lot of fun and really captured some magic. It was hard not to take a good photo with these two as they were glowing with happiness.
We wrapped up the portrait session and moved to the ceremony! The chairs were all gathered behind the main house with a view of the ocean in front of them. The florals and greenery were put together perfectly and tied together the vision Beth and Chris had for this moment. The ceremony was short, sweet, and beautiful, and then we went into the front courtyard surrounded by brick walls with vines growing amongst them. The courtyard is where we photographed the family and the bridal party. Then there was nothing else to do besides eating and dancing, which we certainly did a lot of haha! All in all, this will always be a very special wedding in my memories. It was such a fun and beautiful wedding day.
